    It got so bad at times, we had to beg, borrow and steal them. I remember once going up to A Troop 4/7th Cav, Camp Jeb Stuart, and trading 100 manilla folders for a 3/4 truck fanbelt.
    The CO there was a friend from OCS. Sometimes, it was who you knew.
