I remember one near Camp Matta we had to fire any time we had patrols going out and those who were just coming in country .I had the chance to fire many times and different weapons my favorite was the M-41 with a switch . I carried it on patrol but change the stock to a regular one so they did not know we were carrying auto weapons . It was against to reg to carry any auto weapons on patrol but to hell with that !|
