Don Sewell here. I was with C Btry 2/71st at Camp Warner from Feb 1968 thru April 1969. I was in the commo section (radios and field phones) on our tac site. Base camp was outside Pobwon-ni and tac 36 was back to the east a few clicks. We operated in the 2nd Division's AO. 2nd ID camps were all around us. We were the only ones not wearing the Indianhead patch. Our patch was a fist holding a lightning bolt......the Koreans called it "punchy company". Our compound was very small without many amenities.....Koreans called it "coogie compound". Lots of rides up to the hill in the back of a deuce and a half over a very dusty and bumpy road......down thru Pobwon-ni and turning east at Mickey Mouse Corner.
